Ingredients for making cheese bread crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside:

 2 cups of sour sprinkles

 1 cup of sweet powder

 1 cup of fine grated half-cured cheese

 ½ cup of coarse grated parmesan cheese

 2 large eggs (or 3 small ones)

 360 milliliters of water (1½ cups)

 60 milliliters of oil (¼ cup)

 salt (to taste)

 oil for hand and baking sheets

How to make cheese bread that is crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside:

Boil the water with oil and salt, an essential step to scald the sprinkles in the next step.

In a bowl mix the two sprinkles (sour and sweet). Pour the boiling water and oil over the sprinkles mix and, using a spatula, mix everything. Allow the dough to warm to add the remaining ingredients.

Tip: The technique of scalding the flour serves to let the starch gelatinize and with that we will have a more airy bread.

With the warm dough, add the semi-cured cheese and the Parmesan cheese (grated), mixing with your hands until the dough is smooth. At this point, preheat the oven to 210 degrees and grease a large baking sheet with oil.

Tip: If you like, vary the cheese, as long as it is dry to be grated. But remember, the more fat the cheese has, the denser (heavier) the bread will be.

Add the eggs lightly beaten and mix with a spatula or spoon until well combined.

Don't worry if the dough is lumpy with the sprinkles. The important thing is to mix all the ingredients.

Grease your hands with oil and with a tablespoon, take portions of the dough and shape into balls in your hands. Place the balls on the oiled baking sheet, leaving space between them. Bake in a preheated oven at 210 degrees for approximately 40 minutes or until golden and crispy on the outside.

How to freeze cheese bread?

If you want to freeze the buns, shape them and place them in a container, leaving space between them, taking them to the freezer for 30 minutes. After this time they will be very firm, place them in a freezer bag or container with a lid and store them in the freezer for up to 3 months. When baking, repeat the same process explained in the instruction above.
